Saint Nektarios is a traditional wood fired oven bakery located in Chania of Crete. We produce our products according to Cretan tradition, which was and will always be the main inspiration for what we do. In our bakery we keep all the old ways of production in terms of taste and quality, and we resist industrialization, honoring the people who taught us the art of Cretan traditional baking, its philosophy, culture and history, always with the necessary knowledge and a lot of passion for our work. We created new tastes and products with pure Cretan ingredients like carob, olives and olive oil, sun-dried tomato etc which are supplied exclusively by Local producers. Over the years our Cretan Bakery has been able to stand out for one reason, for the unique quality of Cretan traditional products that we offer to our customers.
