Golden color of an Assyrtiko that was fermented for 10 days with its marc, but also Muscat marc, and was aged for about seven months in barrels of 500 liters. Aromas of apricot jam, peach, orange peel and some muscat notes. Full and exuberant mouth feel with rich tannins that evolves over time. Long lasting aftertaste. Made from the Assyrtiko grape (cultivated at 800 m., in Sofiana, Corinthia), that fermented for 10 days with its own and the Muscat grape skins. After that it matured for 5 months on the fine lees in 500-liter French oak barrels. Full of flavors, with body, tannins and length, this wine has a unique character and personality. 3080 bottles in total.
