Ledaig 18 Years Old Single Malt 70cl

The third batch of Ledaig 18 Year Old, the peated malt from Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull. Aged for 18 years in the finest sherry casks, notes of smoke and dried sherry soaked fruits come through with a hit of coastal character. On the palate smoky herbs combine with cracked black pepper.

Mastiha Liqueur 30% 500ml

“Mastic” (“Mastiha”) is an aromatic resin (tear drop) that has been known since antiquity for its beneficial and therapeutic properties, which is derived from the Mastic tree (Pistacia Lentiscus var. Chia), a shrub that exclusively and only flourishes in southern Chios. It is unique and valuable and is widely used in the production of food, beverages, cosmetics and other pharmaceutical products.

'Anama Single Barrel Vintage 2008

The 'Anama Single Barrel Vintages are produced just one barrel at a time during selected years and allowed significant additional aging time in the oak compared to the standard 'Anama Vintages.All 'Anama Vintages, that have so far been released, are non-fortified, naturally sweet wines, aged in selected oak barrels for as long as each individual vintage requires. They are subjected to the least possible oenological treatments, in order to preserve the characteristics of each year's crop as accurately as possible.

Ouzo Castro 40% 200ml

OUZO CASTRO originated from the fortified village of Agios Georgios Sikousis on the island of Chios and is produced in traditional copper stills from a 100% distillate of anise, fennel and Chios natural mastic, as well as other aromatic seeds. The essence of the distillate, which is rich in flavour and aromas, is patiently collected and bottled without adding sugar.
