We make a range of All-Natural Free-From zero calorie sugar alternatives, naturally gluten-free and fat-reduced flours and low-carb, sugar and gluten-free easy to bake mixes. All our products are based on natural ingredients and developed by us. Our main office is in Oslo, Norway.
Healthier Chia bread
This bread is full of healthy ingredients and is so nutritionally well-balanced that it can truly be called a super bread. The bread is rich in fibre and easily digested proteins. Additionally, it contains Omega-3 and calcium from Chia seeds. The bread is free from egg, milk, gluten, yeast, sugar and soy. A slice of bread contains only 1.5 g carbohydrates, and tastes so similar to ordinary bread that it’s almost too good to be true.

This is the perfect bread for those who want a gluten-free bread with plenty of protein and fibre, and a luscious, soft consistency. The bread contains no wheat, yeast or soy, and is also without whole kernels and seeds. We’ve used oats, sesame seeds and almonds flour. This makes the bread extremely rich in protein, with less than a tenth the carbohydrate content of a wholemeal bread. In addition, the bread is rich in vitamins and minerals.

Our baking mix makes it easy to bake delicious cakes and desserts that are both gluten and sugar-free. Just add your favourite flavourings and let your imagination do the rest; chocolate cake, cupcakes, sponge cake, scones, waffles, pancakes – the list is endless!

Are you on a low-carb diet, gluten-intolerant or just generally concerned with a healthy diet? Then we’ve developed the perfect bread for you. You can use this bread mix to make your own low-carb bread that contains no gluten, milk or yeast. One slice of bread contains just 1 gram of carbohydrates and 65 calories, but a full 8.5 g of dietary fibre. That’s 94% less carbohydrates and more than 4 times the fibre of regular whole wheat bread. The high fibre content means that this bread will help you feel full for longer.

Organic Coconut flour
Coconut flour is made exclusively from organic, fat-reduced coconut that is dried and finely ground. This flour is gluten-free, particularly rich in fibre and low in carbohydrates.

You can replace up to 25 % of wheat flour in traditional baking recipes with coconut flour and achieve a significant reduction in calories and carbohydrates. It will also provide a good fibre supplement at the same time.
