From a single vineyard at an altitude of 850 meters in Sofiana, Corinth this great Assyrtiko. It ferments and matures in 500-liter French oak barrels for nine months.Mellow peaches,apricots, honey, orange peel,lemon and bergamot in the nose.The barrel is almost imperceptible, giving notes of vanilla and butter caramel. A gastronomical wine with intense personality to accompany pork-based dishes,duck,turkey, fish or mature cheeses.
For the supreme expression of elegance, Nikos chose not to load Liatiko with many things but preferred to ferment it in oak barrels of 500 liters and then transfer it to stainless steel tanks where it matured for 6 months. The result has an impressive fruit purity, dressed with discreet sweet, spicy notes and botanical touches! Sublime!
Grifos 3-Rose A new venture for the winery which began in 2013 was the production of a Rose wine made from a blend of Shiraz and Grenache grapes. Τhis distinctive blend gives the wine a light pink colour with aromas of wild berries and a pleasant refreshing aftertaste. "Grifos 3- Rose" is an easy drinking wine, so it is best enjoyed young at 10-12°C all year round, either as an aperitif or combined with Asian cuisine, pasta or salads.
Nomas is a dry and crisp wine with a long and pleasant aftertaste. Pale yellow color with aromas of lemon and peach. Flavours of citrus, hints of herbs with balanced minerality.
