Anama Zivania is a Fine Spirit of Grapes. It is produced exclusively from age-old, non-philoxeric Mavro & Xinisteri vines, cultivated especially for ‘Anama Zivania. Following a careful vinification protocol, the rich wine pulp is distilled twice in our old school copper ambyx. The fire needed is fueled by pinewood, responsibly forested from the woods surrounding our winery. ‘Anama Zivania is enjoyed cool and makes for an ideal base for sophisticated cocktails.
