Papargyriou Le Vigneron Grec

Golden color of an Assyrtiko that was fermented for 10 days with its marc, but also Muscat marc, and was aged for about seven months in barrels of 500 liters. Aromas of apricot jam, peach, orange peel and some muscat notes. Full and exuberant mouth feel with rich tannins that evolves over time. Long lasting aftertaste. Food-Cooking Style Fish and seafood, meat with lemon sauces, pasta and white cheeses. Serve Temp 12 - 14 °C Can be long aged

Ca, c'est Correct

"Ca, c'est Correct" ("this is good, it's allright, a saying of the great Henri Bonneau)Ca C'est Correct Chardonnay 2017 by Yiannis Papargiriou is an expressive limited bunch Chardonnay from his vineyard at an altitude of 700m in mountainous Corinthia. Fermentation and aging take place in 3rd use large French oak barrels of 500lt where the wine remains for 8 months with the lees, acquiring elegant aromas of oak but also exceptional complexity and structure. Ca C'est Correct is great now and will be just as wonderful for 5 years.

Papargyriou Blanc

Our most popular wine, a blend from the Muscat and Assyrtiko grapes, grown at 850m., at Sofiana, Corinthia. The nose is dominated by Muscat, whereas the palate combines the fruitiness of Muscat and the body and structure of the Assyrtiko. Drink it with salads, white meat, fish or oysters at 9-11°C.

TSELEPOS AMALIA BRUT

Quality sparkling wine Grape Variety 100% Moschofilero Wine Production 30.000 bottles Vineyard Privately owned vineyard in Perpatiara (Tegea, Arcadia, Greece). For the production of Amalia Brut, natural sparkling wine, the grapes are picked while their sugar are still low. Wine and Wine-making The grapes are harvested early for low potential alcohol in order to create the base wine. Traditional method is used with the second fermentation in the bottle. Tasting Notes An elegant sparkling wine with a light, yellow-green colour and fine bubbles with intensity and duration. Aromas of rose peral, brioche and honey are lifted by a refreshing acidity.

Vriniotis Methea White

Bright, white and yellow colour with greenish highlights. A pleasant, harmonious and delicious array with a lovely aromatic character, gentle acidity and fine taste.Harmony - Serving Temperature An excellent aperitif. It fits delightfully with a great variety of dishes, from green salads, fried ordoeuvres, sea food and fish, to light fish dishes, pork fillet and pasta with light sauces. Enjoy it cool at 10°C.

Quality sparkling wine Grape Variety 100% Agiorgitiko Wine Production 10.000 bottles Vineyard The grapes for the production of the sparkling wine Amalia Rose come from selected vineyards in the Asprokampos region of Nemea. Harvest takes place in mid-September. Wine and Wine-making For the production of the base wine, grapes are harvested at an early stage where they are lightly unripe with a low potential alcoholic strength and high natural acidity. Traditional method is used with the second fermentation in the bottle. Tasting Notes An elegant, sparkling wine with soft pink and copper highlights. Ribbon of fine bubbles with strength and durability. Notes of a distinguished nose of cherry, while the discreet presence of yeast completes the set.
