Our most popular wine, a blend from the Muscat and Assyrtiko grapes, grown at 850m., at Sofiana, Corinthia. The nose is dominated by Muscat, whereas the palate combines the fruitiness of Muscat and the body and structure of the Assyrtiko. Drink it with salads, white meat, fish or oysters at 9-11°C.
Golden color of an Assyrtiko that was fermented for 10 days with its marc, but also Muscat marc, and was aged for about seven months in barrels of 500 liters. Aromas of apricot jam, peach, orange peel and some muscat notes. Full and exuberant mouth feel with rich tannins that evolves over time. Long lasting aftertaste.
Food-Cooking Style Fish and seafood, meat with lemon sauces, pasta and white cheeses.

c>Sparkling wine – Xinomavro, Limniona
Velvet pink-gold, nervous sparks, and abundant mousse
Delicate fragrances with chalky tones pave the way for a stringent impulse of taste: Wild roses strawberries, raspberries. Persistent, high-quality foaming, achieved with a second fermentation in the bottle (methode traditionelle), with small-sized bubbles to travel and carry freshness to the top of the glass, highlighting all the aromatic character of this exceptional wine.
Bright lemon colour. Explosive aromas of apricot, white fleshed peach and citrus fruit flowers.
Harmony - Serving Temperature
It accompanies green salads, seafood, fresh clams, grilled fish, poultry and vegetable dishes, like the “difficult to combine” asparagus. Enjoy it cool at 10°C.
The flagship. A stunning sparkling blanc de noirs of unique expressiveness and extraordinary bubbles.Yellow-gold, lucent like the setting sun reflecting on the seawater.
Full-frontal and charmingly fresh fruits, salt-marinated lemon peel, and hay, blend in a flirt with the nasal senses that lasts for a long time. The fruits of the earth and the labor of our hands deserve celebration, which we find in the soul of this glass.
